UX/UI Designer

We invite you to:

  • Sketch, ideate and create new concepts for the world-class Fintech Products and internal systems;
  • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, wireflows, test ideas with the prototypes;
  • Make UX Reasearch with the end-users;
  • Closely collaborate with product managers and developers to make things happen;
  • Define and apply ConnectPay’s design language across all the company products. Keep the Design System clean and consistent;
  • UX Writing – write the texts that users will read when they will be using digital products.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience. Please send us a portfolio (required);
  • Experience working with the design of large and scalable web-applications;
  • Expert in Figma or big desire to migrate to Figma from Sketch or XD;
  • Experience in working with Design Systems;
  • Nice to have an understanding of front-end development (CSS / HTML). Coding itself is not required;
  • Get things done attitude, self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize critical deadlines;

Financial Controller

Areas of responsibilities:

  • Overseeing company’s financial planning and budget management activities;
  • Cost control and analysis;
  • Coordination of and close collaboration with the outsourced accounting function (including financial month-close tasks, audit, etc.);
  • Preparation of managerial and regulatory financial reports;
  • Implementation of best practices and standardisation of policies and procedures in the finance field across the company;
  • Position reports directly to the CFO.

We expect you to have:

  • University education in Finance, Accounting or similar field;
  • Proven 3+ years experience in financial management, management accounting or financial control roles (experience in banking or fintech sector would be considered as an advantage);
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, procedures and best practices;
  • Strong finance-based analytical skills, experience with MS Excel and accounting systems;
  • Willingness to implement changes and standardize working practices;

Transactions Monitoring Specialist

Compliance & Risk

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Monitor monetary operations conducted by business and individual clients (wire transfers, card operations);
  • Collect and administrate additional customer data related to performed transaction investigations;
  • Immediately resolve operational transaction monitoring issues, escalate and report suspicious activities to the MLRO;
  • Ensure that all operations performed are compliant with the internal regulations;
  • Collaborate with members of the Sales, Payment and Partnerships, KYC, Customer Service and Payment Operations squads to ensure that customers receive effective and compliant service;
  • Ensure that all data is inputted while performing defined operations;
  • Provide insights and suggestions in order to make transactions monitoring operations more effective;
  • Actively engage with the ongoing development of the team and the wider company.

We expect you to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (legal, finance, economics, banking or similar). Internationally ranked university would be an advantage;
  • 2+ years of experience in a Compliance related function, preferably in a payment institution (international experience would be an advantage);
  • High level of integrity maturity, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
  • Hard working, systematic and consistent personality;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Lithuanian).

IT Administrator

Digital team

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth, secure and uninterrupted operation of:
    • IT Infrastructure – Email gateway, Endpoint security management & VPN services, Active Directory on-premises cloud servers, Microsoft 365 cloud (Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Teams and other services), Backup solutions and other servers hosting services, office network, printing and entry card system;
    • Third party applications – SalesForce, NANO, Fresh (Service/Desk/Works), iDenfy, Dokobit, ComplyAdvantage, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and BitBucket, Moodle and other;
    • End-user computing devices – notebooks, computer accessories & peripherals, printers;
  • Ensure that all IT operations performed are compliant with the procedures and rules defined by the Head of IT Operations;
  • Participate in complex technology projects and new system deployments;
  • Ensure that data is integrity and security throughout;
  • Provide insights and recommendations to make IT operations more effective;
  • Actively engage with the ongoing development of the team and the wider company;
  • Solve technology issues efficiently and timely.

We expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, IT Admin Support or similar (international experience would be an advantage);
  • Passion to work with the most advanced technologies;
  • Knowledge in system security and data backup/recovery;
  • Ability to create scripts in PowerShell;
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms;
  • Problem solving and client-facing skills;
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Lithuanian).
