Technical Product Analyst

Technology Squad

We invite you to:

  • Manage integrations with various technology vendors and ConnectPay clients;
  • Translate documentation into high level user stories/requirements for developers, draw charts, workflows, etc.;
  • Ensure specifications are agreed upon and understood, vendor APIs are smoke tested;
  • Support integration development through the entire development cycle: from design, through development, till launch and ongoing support;
  • Be a facilitator between developers and vendors/clients when solving integration-related issues;
  • Support client‘s engineers with the integration of ConnectPay APIs;
  • Stay on top of technology trends and developments;
  • Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

We expect you to have:

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and have data-driven analytical skills;
  • Ability to properly frame and size complex problems and break them down into actionable steps;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Capacity to develop strong relationships with developers, customer success, and stressed-out clients;
  • Basic knowledge in software design and architecture, web technologies, and networking;
  • Engineering experience in software development would be a plus;
  • Experience working with REST API integrations. SOAP API is a plus.
  • Knowledge, at least some, of the following technology stacks: Java, SQL, and AWS is a plus.
  • Get things done attitude, self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize critical deadlines;
  • Financial industry experience is an advantage;
  • Degree in science, engineering, or related discipline is a plus.

Business Continuity Manager

We invite you to:

  • Maintain, and monitor BCM documentation and policies;
  • Initiate and manage the Company’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) internal regulations;
  • Plan and organize Company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) testing exercises;
  • Prepare relative and worst-case testing scenarios and conduct Company’s BCP and DRPs testing exercises;
  • Conduct post-exercise reviews, prepare post-exercise reports and improvement plans;
  • Develop BCM training material and conduct BCM training for Company’s employees;
  • Assess critical contractual agreements from a BCM perspective.

We expect you to have:

  • Good understanding of the online business and/or payments industry;
  • An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge-driven personality;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Eagerness to learn new things and technologies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Familiarity and experience in implementing ISO 22301 standard would be a huge advantage;

Product Manager

Digital Team

We invite you to:

  • Lead Digital product development area;
  • Own a technical product area and work with business owners and stakeholders;
  • Collect and document product requirements, features, and functionality;
  • Break down requirements into epics and stories, grooming and elaboration of stories;
  • Come up with ideas that would improve efficiency and effectiveness in our processes and implement these ideas with an engineering team;
  • Understand and evaluate product alternatives in the market and work with a multi-disciplined team to understand trade-offs and put a value on alternatives;
  • Work with UI/UX specialists to bring engaging user experiences to life;
  • Manage products through the entire product development life-cycle;
  • Oversee the launch of the product and create processes and documentation on product features;
  • Use analytical tools to measure new and existing functionality efficiency and usage;
  • Continuously implement and improve analytics infrastructure to track, monitor, optimize, innovate, and report on acquisition and conversion metrics.

We expect you to have:

  • At least +3 years of relevant product experience, documenting requirements, building and launching consumer applications on Web/Mobile platforms;
  • Strong business writing, numerical analysis and verbal communication skills;
  • Structured and detail oriented approach with an understanding of the overall context;
