We invite you to:

  • Lead Digital product development area;
  • Own a technical product area and work with business owners and stakeholders;
  • Collect and document product requirements, features, and functionality;
  • Break down requirements into epics and stories, grooming and elaboration of stories;
  • Come up with ideas that would improve efficiency and effectiveness in our processes and implement these ideas with an engineering team;
  • Understand and evaluate product alternatives in the market and work with a multi-disciplined team to understand trade-offs and put a value on alternatives;
  • Manage products through the entire product development life-cycle;
  • Oversee the launch of the product and create processes and documentation on product features;
  • Use analytical tools to measure new and existing functionality efficiency and usage;
  • Identify and resolve KYC operations-related issues; provide recommendations for automation and the improvement of payments operations;
  • Continuously implement and improve analytics infrastructure to track, monitor, optimize, innovate, and report on acquisition and conversion metrics.

We expect you to have:

  • At least +4 years of relevant product experience, building and launching high-availability, high-performance payment/transactional applications on Web/Mobile platforms;
  • Experience working on technical products, APIs; Strong tech/business analysis skills;
  • Structured and detail oriented approach with an understanding of the overall context;
  • Get things done attitude, self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize critical deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English);

Would be an advantage:

  • Financial industry experience;
  • Degree in science, engineering, finance, or related discipline.

  • Monthly salary (gross) from 4000 EUR. Specific salary is offered based on agreed timing, work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements;

We invite you to:

  • Perform new customer onboarding: verify submitted documents, perform due diligence and risk assessments, research and analyse KYC elements;
  • Carry ongoing due diligence review of existing customers;
  • Identify gaps in customer files and propose remediation solutions;
  • Perform transaction monitoring reports for ongoing due diligence purposes;
  • Identify and ensure constant improvement of the Onboarding/Ongoing Due Diligence procedure’s quality, prepare action proposals;
  • Identify opportunities for work process automation and best practice application;
  • Participate in the development of other KYC, onboarding, and due diligence initiatives and projects;
  • Support team colleagues in daily tasks.

We expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Compliance related function, preferably in a payment institution.
  • High level of integrity maturity, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
  • Hard working, systematic, and consistent personality;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Lithuanian);

Would be an advantage:

  • International experience;
  • A degree in a relevant field (legal, finance, economics, banking, or similar).
