Our hiring steps

Application

Submit your resume and relevant information to apply for a job opening.

Phone screening

During a 15-20 min phone call, we assess basic qualifications, job fit, and communication skills.

Interview

We invite the candidate to a face-to-face or virtual meeting to evaluate the experience, skills, and cultural fit for the company.

Assesment

A candidate is asked to do a test or task to gauge the candidate's specific abilities and suitability for the role.

Offer

After successful completion of the previous steps, we extend a job offer to the chosen candidate.
