Business Continuity Manager

Drive resilience as our Business Continuity Manager – lead strategic planning, crisis response and recovery initiatives to keep our operations strong and unstoppable.

We invite you to:

  • Ensure continuous compliance with ISO 22301
  • Manage BCM documentation
  • Plan and organize Company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) testing exercises
  • Prepare relative and worst-case testing scenarios and conduct Company’s BCP and DRPs testing exercises
  • Conduct post-exercise reviews, prepare post-exercise reports and improvement plans
  • Organize regular management reviews and ensure corrective actions are taken in response to non-conformities
  • Develop BCM training material and conduct BCM training for Company’s employees
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

We expect you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management
  • Good understanding of the online business and/or payments industry
  • An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge-driven personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Understanding of IT systems, data recovery, and infrastructure resilience to address technology dependencies
  • Knowledge of DORA
  • Experience leading or supporting crisis management efforts, including business impact analyses and emergency response procedures.

An advantage would be:

  • Familiarity and experience in implementing ISO 22301 standard
  • Having CBCM, CBCP, EDRP, C/DRE

  • Salary: 3500-4200 EUR (gross) per month, depending on your experience and skills
