Marius Galdikas is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience developing digital products and driving growth in various enterprises.

Experienced in delivering highly scalable and reliable systems and platforms that enable online businesses and contribute to the global finance industry. With his expertise in organizational development, Marius excels at guiding teams to achieve common goals.

Through his leadership, ConnectPay has become one of the fastest-growing EMIs in Lithuania and a leading player in the FinTech sector in the Baltics.

Having run the Finance Hub for Europe at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, as well as finance departments at several fintech companies for over 10 years, Virginija has developed an eye for detail. And it is this, alongside her ability to build robust long-term strategies, that has allowed Connectpay to grow exponentially and deliver substantial results.

20+ years of leadership experience stretches from audit and risk management roles at EY, Lithuania’s major public enterprises, to former Minister of Energy (2014-2016) as well as of Transport & Communication (2016-2019).

Currently serving as CEO of a Lithuanian electricity transmission system operator, he continues to drive excellence in professional strategic leadership, following a systematic approach to addressing challenges both within the organization and at the state level.

Rokas’ role at ConnectPay as an Independent Board Member and Chair of the Risk Committee is to oversee AML/CTF Compliance and Risk Management areas.

Nick has over 20 years of international banking and investment leadership experience developed in world class institutions across the EMEA region. Starting his career in JP Morgan’s London derivatives team, he progressed to the International Petroleum Exchange trading floor and Royal Bank of Scotland’s Investment Bank. Nick was then hired by Barclays Wealth, where he held various leadership roles and advanced to become the executive head of the Division’s Investment & Cash Management distribution teams for the UK, Channel Islands, Europe, the UAE and Africa. He now holds an investment specialist role at Logistable Limited, an investment led multi-family office, where he is a voting member of the company Investment Committee. Nick is a Chartered Wealth Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Agne Selemonaite is acknowledged as Lithuanian FinTech Leader of the Year for her impact driving ConnectPay to industry leaders as well as developing Lithuania‘s FinTech ecosystem. She has 20 years of experience in public and private sectors running ambitious projects in the UK, China, Sweden and Lithuania – covering the areas of real estate, urban and economic development, restructuring organisations into value making companies, attracting investments etc. The driving force behind her success is a strong focus on people, growth, governance and positive change.

With a strong compliance background forged from 10+ years of experience working at both Fortune 500 companies and startups, Thibaud is leading ConnectPay’s rigorous compliance team. Well-versed in AML, International Sanctions, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance, he is passionate about technology and even more passionate about providing an embedded compliance experience for all ConnectPay customers.

As someone who has worked extensively within highly regulated industries, Simas, a certified project management professional (PMP)®, is tasked with carefully deconstructing legacy payment systems and bringing simple and efficient payment solutions to our customers so they can relax and scale while we take care of all related to finance.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Tadas has spent a significant portion of his career building IT systems for Europe’s top-tier fintech companies. His expertise in designing robust system architectures, nurturing high-performing teams, and managing complex stakeholder relationships has been instrumental at ConnectPay. Tadas is the driving force behind the innovative systems that ensure seamless transactions and exceptional user experiences for our clients. His steadfast patience, skillful problem-solving, and decisive action embody the ‘get-it-done’ spirit. Juan, the Chief Operations Officer, brings a wealth of corporate business experience to the table, showcasing exceptional professionalism in navigating complex tasks across diverse circumstances. His unique strength lies in seamlessly merging a profound understanding of business intricacies with a keen ability to assess risks and positive impacts, making him a true professional capable of taking ownership of projects with strategic business implications.

With over 10 years of proven track record in compliance management, complemented by 4 years of focused expertise in personal data protection and risk management, Kristina is an experienced Chief Risk Officer. She demonstrated success in navigating regulatory complexities and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies as well as committed to ensuring top-tier data protection standards while fostering organizational resilience in dynamic risk landscapes.
