We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead and oversee all aspects of compliance within our organization.
We invite you to:
- Develop and oversee the company’s compliance management strategies, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks; conduct compliance checks and follow-up controls
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes, adapting company policies and processes as needed
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, including the Central Bank of Lithuania and other stakeholders
- Conduct annual compliance risk assessments, implement risk-based control plans, and report progress to the Board
- Investigate compliance breaches, client complaints, and operational incidents, ensuring timely remediation
- Oversee compliance with AML/CTF, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks
- Provide training, consultation, and guidance to employees and management on compliance matters
- Lead and manage the Compliance team to drive a culture of transparency and trust
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles in the financial sector
- In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements, including AML/CTF, Sanctions, GDPR, and other industry-specific regulations
- Experience in working with regulators
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Fluent English
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience in reporting to Boards and regulatory authorities
