Business Development Executive

We invite you to:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring meticulous execution at every step
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, driving consistent growth and expansion
  • Drive the generation of qualified prospects through strategic prospecting efforts
  • Utilize your deep expertise in payments to guide merchants through industry intricacies
  • Identify and capitalize on new strategic segments, establishing authority in these areas
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with merchants to address complex payment challenges
  • Deliver weekly reports to senior management
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to customers from pre-sales to integration

We expect you to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Sales related function
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-growing Fintech
  • Must have an established and active network of industry contacts or clients
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end sales processes
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and expanding business opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software

An advantage would be:

  • Good understanding of embedded finance or the payment ecosystem
  • Fluency in one of the following EU languages: German, Spanish or French

We offer:

  • Salary: ranging from 6000 EUR (gross) per month, depending on your experience and skills
  • Commissions: Opportunity to earn aligned with your performance
