We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our executive team and drive our commercial strategy to new heights.

Position Overview:

As the Chief Commercial Officer at ConnectPay, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for ensuring the company’s revenue growth, and client acquisition. You will lead the commercial strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and collaborate with other executives to achieve our ambitious business goals. This role demands a hands-on manager who can lead leaders and has extensive experience in both corporate and start-up environments within the fintech industry.

  • Revenue Generation and Growth: develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and innovative ways to scale the business.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: lead efforts to acquire new clients and retain existing ones through exceptional service and strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Team Leadership: establish, manage, and empower a robust sales team to exceed targets. Provide strategic direction and hands-on support to sales leaders and team members.
  • Business Operations: ensure smooth and compliant operations across all business processes. Collaborate with the compliance team to adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain operational excellence.

We expect you to have:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or similar executive role in the fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated success in converting B2B, B2B2C and B2B2B in both corporate and startup environments.
  • Proven experience building and scaling sales teams and organizations anywhere from 5 to 100 people.
  • Strong understanding of payment products, processes, procedures, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor other leaders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Hands-on approach to management with a focus on results and execution.

We offer:

  • With a starting point of 9000 EUR (gross) per month, the definitive salary will be established in consideration of your work experience, competencies, and adherence to the job criteria.
