Head of KYC

Inspire and lead as our Head of KYC – oversee a skilled team ensuring efficient processes and adherence to regulatory standards.

We invite you to:

  • Lead the KYC squad, use subject matter expertise, professional qualifications and experience to advise the team
  • Provide training and coaching support in KYC methodology to increase awareness throughout the KYC squad
  • Manage 3rd party service providers, ensure that all squad’s resource planning and budget management is performed in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with the other business units of the company to ensure that customers receive effective and compliant services
  • Focus on the full cycle of Customer onboarding and ODD
  • Design and manage KYC related processes/policies and drive daily KYC operations
  • Identify and resolve KYC operations-related issues; provide recommendations for automation and the improvement of payments operations
  • Escalate and report suspicious activities to the MLRO

We expect you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a People management-related function
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Expertise in process optimization and governance
  • Track record of driving organizational change
  • Ability to balance legal requirements with the commercial aspects of the business
  • Hard working, systematic, and consistent personality, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

An advantage would be:

  • Experience in Compliance and familiarity with KYC processes
  • Financial industry experience
  • Previous experience in LEAN methodologies

  • Salary: 4000-5000 EUR (gross) per month, depending on your experience and skills
