We invite you to:
- Manage daily operations of the business IT environment, which includes handling service desk requests, incidents, changes, managing asset lifecycle, access management, enhancing security and administrating Microsoft 365 suite
- Assist in the smooth transition of Onboarding and Offboarding employees
- Get involved in projects to improve our infrastructure and process of IT Operations
- Ensure compliance with IT procedures and regulations
- Establish and adhere to internal service level agreements for requests, incidents, and changes
- Provide recommendations to enhance IT processes and workflows
- Improve internal IT Operations documentation
We expect you to have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in managing IT infrastructure, SaaS applications and service desk tickets
- Experience working and administrating Microsoft 365 suite (such as: Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience in managing and utilizing mobile device management tools like Microsoft Intune
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong task prioritization and time management skills
- Eagerness to share ideas and suggest improvements with the team
- Positive attitude towards work enjoyment and productivity
An advantage would be:
- Implementing regulatory standards such as ISO27001 from an IT Operations perspective
- Proficiency in using and administrating Atlassian products
- Experience in managing IT content management databases through tools such as Jira Assets or Snipe-IT
We offer:
- Salary: 3500-4200 EUR (gross) per month, depending on your experience and skills
