IT Administrator

IT operations squad

We invite you to:

  • Manage daily operations of the business IT environment, which includes handling service desk requests, incidents, changes, managing asset lifecycle, access management, enhancing security and administrating Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Assist in the smooth transition of new hires and departing employees by managing access permissions and workstation arrangements.
  • Get involved in infrastructure projects in order to improve our IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with IT procedures and regulations.
  • Establish and adhere to internal service level agreements for requests, incidents and changes
  • Engage in collective decisions made by the team and unit.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance IT processes.

We expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in managing infrastructure, networks, service desk, and software as a service applications.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Experience in managing and utilizing mobile device management tools like Microsoft Intune.
  • Proficiency in using and administrating Atlassian products.
  • Ability to be flexible and thrive in dynamic work environments.
  • Ability to be transparent, share ideas, suggest improvements with the team.
  • Proactive attitude and initiative in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Strong task prioritization skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a dedication to internal stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborative mindset and effective team player.
  • Positive attitude towards work enjoyment and productivity.

An advantage would be:

  • Financial service institution experience.
  • Implementing regulatory standards such as ISO27001 from IT perspective.

We offer:

  • Salary: beginning from 2500 EUR (gross) per month, with the possibility of increases based on your experience and skills.
  • Benefits: after probation, private health insurance, and pension fund or wellness package.
  • “Workation”: work abroad for up to 6 months.
  • Additional Days: after probation, for your birthday and other events, starting with at least 8 days and potentially more.
