KYC Specialist

We invite you to:

  • Perform new customer onboarding: verify submitted documents, perform due diligence and risk assessments, research and analyse KYC elements.
  • Carry ongoing due diligence review of existing customers.
  • Identify gaps in customer files and propose remediation solutions.
  • Identify and ensure constant improvement of the Onboarding/Ongoing Due Diligence procedure’s quality, prepare action proposals.
  • Identify opportunities for work process automation and best practice application.
  • Participate in the development of other KYC, onboarding, and due diligence initiatives and projects.
  • Support team colleagues in daily tasks.

We expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Compliance related function, preferably in a payment institution.
  • High level of integrity maturity, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Hard working, systematic, and consistent personality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Lithuanian).

An advantage would be:

  • International experience.
  • A degree in a relevant field (legal, finance, economics, banking, or similar).

We offer:

  • Salary: beginning from 2000 EUR (gross) per month, with the possibility of increases based on your experience and skills.
  • Benefits: after probation, private health insurance, and pension fund or wellness package.
  • “Workation”: work abroad for up to 6 months.
  • Additional Days: after probation, for your birthday and other events, starting with at least 8 days and potentially more.
