Partnership Manager

We invite you to:

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of partnership initiatives to expand ConnectPay’s network.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with ConnectPay’s mission.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create value-added solutions and drive joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Develop partner pipeline, executing cross-sell and up-sell strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis of partnership activities.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align partnership activities with business objectives.
  • Champion the ConnectPay brand within the partner ecosystem at industry events.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in partnership strategies.

We expect you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales, Partnership, or Relationship Management Role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and automation tools.
  • High level of independence and ability to work autonomously.
  • Systematic, and consistent personality with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in leading through influence and collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated success in spearheading change management initiatives and establishing cohesive tools.
  • Experience creating methods to measure and standardize revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any other European Language.

An advantage would be:

  • Good understanding of embedded finance or the payment ecosystem.

We offer:

  • Salary: beginning from 2800 EUR (gross) per month, with the possibility of increases based on your experience and skills.
  • Commissions: Opportunity to earn aligned with your performance.
  • Benefits: after probation, private health insurance, and pension fund or wellness package.
  • “Workation”: work abroad for up to 6 months.
  • Additional Days: after probation, for your birthday and other events, starting with at least 8 days and potentially more.
