PR & Communication Manager

Marketing squad

We are looking for a hands-on creative mind to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to increase awareness and promote our products and services within the B2B sector.

This role requires you to make things happen, where you will take full ownership of projects and deliver impactful results. As part of the ConnectPay marketing team, you’ll contribute to enhancing brand visibility, attracting new audiences, and maximizing revenue streams through various marketing channels.

We invite you to:

  • Develop and execute PR and communication strategies to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance thought leadership within the B2B fintech space.
  • Coordinate and generate content for PR initiatives in collaboration with cross-teams and external partners.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the company’s participation in B2B events: organising panel discussions, stand production and transportation, taking care of documentation, collecting feedback for reports, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.
  • Participate in creating and executing go-to-market strategies, and provide proposals and recommendations on tactics and implementation.
  • Develop cost estimates and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Manage the design and production of marketing/promotional materials.
  • Perform the marketing operations processes outlined in the Organisational Description.
  • Execute other tasks as defined by the Head of Marketing.
  • Become a cross-functional team player who excels in performing results with marketing, product, and sales teams.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in marketing roles.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Hands-on and willing-to-learn attitude.
  • Critical thinking and ability to cope with unexpected situations.
  • An outgoing personality with a creative mindset.
  • Excellence in communicating, both written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Content Management Systems (CMS).

An advantage would be:

  • An understanding of the fintech/payments/online businesses industry.
  • Experience in B2B or related roles with PR.
  • Degree in journalism, marketing, or related discipline (Internationally ranked university).

  • A starting salary of 3000 EUR (gross) per month, with the opportunity to increase based on your experience and competencies.
