Product Designer

Product squad

We are in search of a skilled Product Designer to join our Digital team. Your mission will be to brainstorm and troubleshoot alongside our dedicated team of Product Managers and Developers.

We invite you to:

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, stakeholders and other team members in a diverse and distributed team. Together, you’ll collaborate on identifying and solving customer and business challenges.
  • Sketch, ideate, and create new concepts for world-class Fintech Products and internal systems.
  • Generate low-fidelity and high-fidelity mock-ups, wire flows, and test ideas with prototypes.
  • Conduct research with end-users to gain insights.
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to bring ideas to fruition.
  • Define and implement ConnectPay’s design language across all company products while maintaining a clean and consistent Design System.
  • Handle UX Writing – write the content that users will read when using digital products.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience with a required portfolio submission.
  • Proficiency in designing large and scalable web applications.
  • Strong UX expertise, clean visual design, skilled in typography and grids.
  • Expertise in Figma.
  • Familiarity with Design Systems and working with them
  • Understanding of front-end development (CSS/HTML), but not mandatory for coding.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, self-motivate, and prioritize critical deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

An advantage would be:

  • Financial Services Industry Experience.
  • Designing and maintaining design system(s).
  • Working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • A starting salary of 3000 EUR (gross) per month, with the opportunity to increase based on your experience and competencies.
