We invite you to:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring meticulous execution at every step.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, driving consistent growth and expansion.
  • Drive the generation of qualified prospects through strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Utilize your deep expertise in payments to guide merchants through industry intricacies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new strategic segments, establishing authority in these areas.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with merchants to address complex payment challenges.
  • Keep Salesforce updated with real-time data and deliver weekly reports to senior management.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to customers from pre-sales to integration.

We expect you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales related function.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and expanding business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English accompanied by fluency in one of the following EU languages: Spanish, Italian, French, German, or Dutch.

An advantage would be:

  • Good understanding of embedded finance or the payment ecosystem.
  • Experience in a fast-growing Fintech.
  • Knowledge of Embedded Finance.

We offer:

  • Salary: beginning from 3000 EUR (gross) per month, with the possibility of increases based on your experience and skills.
  • Commissions: Opportunity to earn aligned with your performance.
  • Benefits: after probation, private health insurance, and pension fund or wellness package.
  • “Workation”: work abroad for up to 6 months.
  • Additional Days: after probation, for your birthday and other events, starting with at least 8 days and potentially more.
