We invite you to:

  • Monitor financial transactions made by both businesses and individuals in real-time, such as wire transfers and card transactions.
  • Review past customer account activities to ensure compliance.
  • Detect potential instances of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and evasion of sanctions.
  • Collect and manage additional customer data related to their transactions.
  • Promptly address any issues in transaction monitoring, and reporting suspicious activities to the MLRO.
  • Guarantee that customer operations adhere to internal regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams like Sales, Payment and Partnerships, KYC, Customer Service, and Payment Operations to ensure customers receive compliant service.
  • Accurately input data during operations.
  • Offer suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of transaction monitoring.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Compliance role, specifically within a payment institution or a related environment.
  • Demonstrates honesty, handles sensitive information carefully, and maintains confidentiality.
  • Shows commitment, adopts a steady work style, follows a systematic approach, and effectively manages the workload to meet deadlines.
  • Excellence in communicating in both written and spoken English and Lithuanian.

We offer:

  • Salary: beginning from 1800 EUR (gross) per month, with the possibility of increases based on your experience and skills.
  • Benefits: after probation, private health insurance, and pension fund or wellness package.
  • “Workation”: work abroad for up to 6 months.
  • Additional Days: after probation, for your birthday and other events, starting with at least 8 days and potentially more.
  • Convenient Location: Our office is in Vilnius, on Algirdas Street, and it’s pet-friendly.
