Customer Service Specialist

Customer operations squad

We are looking for a team player who thrives in collaboration with others. Your mission – to proactively identify and resolve challenges with care and efficiency.

We invite you to:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and requests.
  • Manage daily customer service operations with efficiency.
  • Apply the company’s quality standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
  • Promptly resolve operational issues and escalate/report any suspicious activities.
  • Ensure accurate data input while performing defined tasks.

We expect you to have:

  • +1 years of experience in a Customer Service or similar position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • High level of integrity maturity, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Systematic, and consistent.
  • Ability to work well in a faced paced environment.

We offer:

  • With a starting point of 1700 EUR (gross) per month, the definitive salary will be established in consideration of your work experience, competencies, and adherence to the job criteria.
