KYC Specialist (Onboarding)

We invite you to:

  • Conduct new customer onboarding by collecting and verifying required documentation
  • Perform due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing clients
  • Maintain high work quality standards and ensure accuracy in all KYC processes
  • Support colleagues with daily tasks related to team-managed onboarding, ODD, and other KYC processes
  • Participate in initiatives and projects to enhance and streamline KYC procedures

We expect you to have:

  • A college or school graduation degree and eagerness to learn and develop skills in the financial compliance field
  • Strong consistency and attention to detail in executing tasks
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Lithuanian
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving common goals

An advantage would be:

  • Previous work experience or internship in AML, KYC, compliance, or related fields
  • Familiarity with financial services, banking, or fintech environments

We offer:

  • Salary: 1800-2000 EUR gross per month, depending on your experience and skills
  • Benefits: after probation, private health insurance, and pension fund or wellness package
  • “Workation”: work abroad for up to 6 months
  • Additional days off: after probation, for your birthday and other events, starting with at least 5 days and potentially more
  • Convenient Location: Our office is in Vilnius, Algirdo Str., and it’s pet friendly
  • Hybrid Work Model: 2 days in the office and 3 days online each week.
