ConnectPay strengthens governance with new Supervisory Board and updated Management Board

Group 1171276100

At ConnectPay, we are strengthening our governance structure in line with best practice by introducing a Supervisory Board and updating our Management Board structure.

At its core, this move is about clarity. Under this model, the Management Board focuses on running the business and executing strategy, while the newly established Supervisory Board provides independent oversight, guidance, and a broader long-term perspective. This two-tier model is widely used across regulated financial institutions, helping ensure stronger accountability, clearer responsibilities, and more balanced decision-making.

As ConnectPay continues to scale, this shift reflects how we are evolving as a company. It strengthens our ability to make well-informed decisions, manage risk effectively, and build for long-term sustainability.

“Strong governance is a necessary foundation for any regulated fintech. By introducing a Supervisory Board and strengthening our Board, we are ensuring the right balance between execution and oversight, which supports better decision-making and long-term stability,” says Marius Galdikas, CEO & owner of ConnectPay.
