ConnectPay continues to strengthen its governance, with Tomas Bolotinas, the company’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, joining its Management Board. He replaces Rokas Masiulis, who previously served on the Board.

Tomas Bolotinas has served as ConnectPay’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer since May 2026. Before that, he led the compliance department at SME Bank for more than two years and held leadership roles at other international fintech companies, including Volt.io and Railsr.

Following the update, all Board members are company executives. With Tomas joining, ConnectPay’s Management Board consists of Lina Burdenkova, Chief People and Governance Officer; Ina Lukošienė, Chief Financial Officer; and Tomas Bolotinas, Chief Compliance and Risk Officer. With this decision, ConnectPay aims to ensure that strategic decisions are made by executives who are directly responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations and know its internal processes well.
In April 2026, ConnectPay had already updated its governance structure by establishing a Supervisory Board responsible for independent oversight and shaping the company’s long-term direction. It is chaired by regulatory compliance and AML expert Lijana Štarienė, with Renata Šumskaitė and Alexandre Pinot as members.
