We expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience administrating Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in solving problems and improving processes.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks, especially when handling data and information.
  • A customer-centric approach and a dedication to providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude – we believe work should be enjoyable too!

An advantage would be:

  • Certifications in Salesforce Administration or experience with other CRM platforms.

We offer:

  • Salary: beginning from 3500 EUR (gross) per month, with the possibility of increases based on your experience and skills.
  • Benefits: after probation, private health insurance, and pension fund or wellness package.
  • “Workation”: work abroad for up to 6 months.
  • Additional Days: after probation, for your birthday and other events, starting with at least 8 days and potentially more.
  • Convenient Location: Our office is in Vilnius, on Algirdas Street, and it’s pet-friendly.
  • Hybrid Work Model: 3 days in the office and 2 days online each week.
