We expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience administrating SalesForce.
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in solving problems and improving processes.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks, especially when handling data and information.
  • A customer-centric approach and a dedication to providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude – we believe work should be enjoyable too!

An advantage would be:

  • Certifications in Salesforce Administration or experience with other CRM platforms.
  • A track record in managing IT projects or familiarity with administrating tools like Jira, Confluence, and Office365, which will be invaluable as you collaborate across teams.
  • A foundation in IT operations, ready to jump into tasks ranging from network support to system administration, making sure our tech ecosystem is robust and reliable.

We offer:

  • A starting salary of 3000 EUR (gross) per month, with the opportunity to increase based on your experience and competencies.
