Workplace Manager (Maternity leave cover)

Join ConnectPay as a Workplace Manager and help us create an exceptional work experience where every day is a new adventure!

We invite you to:

  • Be the go-to person for all office-related queries and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Update and enforce workplace rules to keep our environment both fun and compliant.
  • Ensure our office is a safe and healthy place to work, acting as our Health & Safety Officer.
  • Design and oversee our document and archive system, keeping everything in order from A to Z.
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing invoices, making sure our financial operations are smooth.
  • Plan and organize fantastic internal and external company events that everyone will talk about! But don’t get us wrong be the owner but not alone. We will suppport along the way.
  • Ensure daily office activities are running smoothly, from coffee machine fixes to tech support.
  • Assist visitors and employees with their daily needs, making everyone feel welcome and valued.
  • Help Senior Management with travel plans and other arrangements, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in workplace management or a similar role with a knack for handling diverse tasks.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills that make you the office go-to person.
  • Communication skills and a collaborative attitude—because teamwork makes the dream work!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Lithuanian).

We offer:

  • Salary: beginning from 2000 EUR (gross) per month, with the possibility of increases based on your experience and skills.
  • Maternity leave Cover, 2-year contract.
  • Benefits: after probation, private health insurance, and pension fund or wellness package.
  • “Workation”: after probation, work abroad for up to 6 months.
  • Additional Days: after probation, for your birthday and other events, starting with at least 8 days and potentially more.
  • Convenient Location: Our office is in Vilnius, on Algirdas Street, and it’s pet-friendly.
  • Work Model: 5 days in the office, with a possibility on some occasions to work online.
