KYC Specialist

We invite you to:

  • Conduct new customer onboarding: setting up new customer accounts by verifying documents, conducting due diligence, and assessing risks.
  • Regularly review existing customer profiles for ongoing due diligence.
  • Spot gaps in customer files and suggest solutions for improvement.
  • Create reports for continuous due diligence monitoring.
  • Improve the quality of onboarding and due diligence procedures and suggest actions for enhancement.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implementing best practices.
  • Take part in developing various KYC, onboarding, and due diligence projects.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Compliance role, specifically within a payment institution or a related environment.
  • Demonstrates honesty, handles sensitive information carefully, and maintains confidentiality.
  • Shows commitment, adopts a steady work style, follows a systematic approach, and effectively manages the workload to meet deadlines.
  • Excellence in communicating, both written and spoken English and Lithuanian.

An advantage would be:

  • Understanding of Lithuanian legislation regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing, with practical application experience.

  • With a starting point of 1900 EUR (gross) per month, the definitive salary will be established in consideration of your work experience, competencies, and adherence to the job criteria.
