Legal Counsel

We invite you to:

  • Provide legal advice to business, product, and compliance teams on their daily challenges.
  • Handle corporate governance and regulatory matters, and work with relevant documentation.
  • Take the lead in drafting, revising, and negotiating customer-facing and vendor contracts.
  • Keep your colleagues updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes.
  • Deliver the highest quality legal support to internal stakeholders and the Company’s customers.

We expect you to have:

  • Professional practice of 4 years experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written) are a must, as we are an international team.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Exhibit a positive, goal-oriented personality, flexibility, open-mindedness, resilience, a willingness to engage in discussions and continuous learning, attention to detail, and strong hands-on leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates a “can-do” attitude.

An advantage would be:

  • Financial service industry experience.

We offer:

  • A starting salary of 3800 EUR (gross) per month, with the opportunity to increase based on your experience and competencies.
